Don't you want the perfect body for your wedding? Some will fast while others work their ass off, literally, to get that body. Are you just going to give in and buy the dress that fits you and give up the perfect dress because it's too small? You as a bride and woman know that you can push yourself to lose that weight so you can fit into that perfect size 4 beautiful form-fitting dress.

One of the best things that women can do to get that beautiful and perfect body is self-control. Instead of ordering the soup get a salad, instead of pasta or rice get vegetables, and try fish or lean meats instead of those fatty ribs or steak. Does that creme brûlée look delicious? Try a hot cup of tea instead. Drink water not wine or beer or liquor. Watching what you eat is the first step in dropping those extra pounds.
Then exercise. Now some go to the gym everyday and run and think that will make them lose all the weight. Nope. Now that might help you to lose a few pounds but you will never get that perfect flat tummy and skinny body. Crunches for that fat stomach, mountain climbers for those thick thighs, and push-ups for those flappy arms. The biggest mistakes a women will make is using the wrong exercise to lose the weight in the wrong area of her body. Starting early is also one of the key factors in losing weight before your big day.
Habits. First you have to break all of your old habits: sleeping in or not getting enough sleep, binge eating during a movie marathon, going out to eat everyday of the week, and/or eating food someone offers you when they are full. Once you break all of your old bad habits you can start to make new and improved habits like these. Make it a habit to get up early and exercise. Make it a habit to drink water and not soda/alcohol/sweet tea (its a southern thing). Make it a habit to keep track of your progress which will help YOU continue to keep going and not give up. Make it a habit to eat healthier foods and only eat when you are hungry; that means no bored eating or stress eating.

You are a soon to be bride and you know the pressures for your wedding day to be perfect but that doesn't mean you need to ignore yourself. Be that beautiful skinny bride that everyone says "Wow, I wish I had her body. She looks amazing in that dress!" Don't give into temptations; be strong.
